Denise Anderson is a 1975 graduate of Texas Tech University Law School.  Ms. Anderson served as a state Special Education Hearing Officer from 1978 through 1982 and as Assistant General Counsel in the Hearings Division of the Texas Education Agency until September 1983.  She developed the Student Discipline Chart and the School Construction Chart published by the Texas School Administrators' Legal Digest. Ms. Anderson has authored numerous articles and lectured on special education and construction law topics.
