Shannan Arbabi is a 1996 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1993.  Prior to practicing school law in Texas, Ms. Arbabi practiced law in Oklahoma, worked as a school administrator, and served as a special education due process hearing officer.  Ms. Arbabi remains an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association as well as the Council of School Attorneys and the Education Law Association.  Ms. Arbabi works in the Irving office, where her practice focuses on the representation of school districts in special education litigation.
