For over twenty years Todd A. Clark has represented public entities in the courtroom, successfully guiding their responses to lawsuits in issues ranging from volatile employment matters to complex transactional claims and multimillion dollar False Claims Act allegations. He has helped shape laws on a legislative level and in the Texas Supreme Court regarding public entity immunity and the delivery of special services to students. His representation often involves administrative proceedings, including matters involving the TWC, TCLEOSE, and TEA. Todd graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with high honors from the University of Texas in 1987. Prior to joining the firm, Todd served the State of Texas as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant County Attorney. He has taught continuing legal education and worked as a trial advocacy mentor. Todd is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts of Texas as well as the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
