Todd A. Clark graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with high honors from the University of Texas in 1987. Mr. Clark tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases as an Assistant District Attorney in Hidalgo County. His private practice experience has emphasized civil defense litigation, primarily representing governmental entities. He has tried cases in state and federal court and argued appeals before the Texas Supreme Court and lower courts of appeals. As an Employment Law Team Leader for Travis County, Mr. Clark advised managers on myriad employment law issues. He has taught continuing legal education on diverse subjects and has served as a trial advocacy mentor. Mr. Clark is licensed to practice in all the state courts of Texas and before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit, and all the Federal District Courts of Texas.
