Shellie Hoffman Crow has been practicing school law for twenty years. Before joining Walsh Anderson almost ten years ago, Shellie served as the Director of Legal Services at the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB). She is a frequent speaker at regional, statewide and national seminars, on such topics as religious issues in schools, student discipline, employment and personnel issues, the Open Meetings Act, and school board governance. She earned her law degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a former Chair of the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, served on the Board of Directors of the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys, and is a member of the Texas Council of School Attorneys.
