Winifred (“Winnie”) H. Dominguez is a 1987 graduate of St. Mary’s School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dominguez earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and practiced as a professional social worker in mental health.  Since graduating from law school, Ms. Dominguez has worked in both the public and private sectors on commercial facilities & business and related litigation, construction and real estate, as well as bankruptcy and creditors rights.  Between 1994 and 2004, Ms. Dominguez owned and operated her own full service law firm.  Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dominguez was employed by the City of San Antonio, where she handled real estate and construction matters for the San Antonio International Airport Expansion Program.   Ms. Dominguez is licensed to practice in all state courts, the Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Dominguez works in the San Antonio office of the firm, where her focus is on facilities & business.
