Mark C. Goulet represents the interests of Texas schools in local matters, and state and federal agencies, including TEA, EEOC, OCR, the state Attorney General, and the Texas Workforce Commission.  Mr. Goulet is a shareholder in the law firm, and is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.  His articles, on topics such as employment law, student discipline and the Open Meetings Act have been published in the Texas Lawyer, the Texas School Administrators' Legal Digest, the School Law Section Newsletter and Texas Study of Secondary Education.  He serves as the chair of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Texas School Administrators Legal Digest.  He is a member of the National School Board Association Council of School Attorneys, the Education Law Association, and the Texas Council of School Attorneys.
