Susan B. Graham, a shareholder in the firm, is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Texas International Law Journal. Ms. Graham served as a state Special Education Hearing Officer from 1988 until 1995. She previously worked for the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Graham received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees with honors from the University of Houston. Ms. Graham has had numerous legal opinions published in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Law Report and has spoken at school law conferences. She is a member of the education law and administrative law sections of the State Bar of Texas. Ms. Graham joined Walsh Anderson in July 1995 and assisted in opening the firm's Irving office. Her practice emphasizes representing school districts in the area of special education.
