Ann Greenberg has practiced law since May, 1996. Ms. Greenberg was the Staff Attorney for the 353rd Judicial Court for three years before entering private practice. Ms. Greenberg has developed a diverse practice, representing both public and private entities in matters involving a variety of business and real estate transactions, construction matters, and general civil litigation. She has tried cases in state and federal court. Ms. Greenberg is licensed to practice in all the state courts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Ms. Greenberg is actively involved in bar association and community service activities. Ms. Greenberg served as the elected President of the Austin Bar Association from 2009-2010. Ms. Greenberg served as the Chair of the Austin Bar Foundation from 2010-2011. Ms. Greenberg is an invited Barrister of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Austin.
