Ann Greenberg has practiced law since May, 1996.  Ms. Greenberg was the Staff Attorney for the 353rd Judicial Court for three years before entering private practice.  Ms. Greenberg has developed a diverse practice, representing both public and private entities in matters involving a variety of business and real estate transactions, construction matters, bonds, and general civil litigation.  She has tried cases in state and federal court.  Ms. Greenberg is licensed to practice in all the state courts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.  Ms. Greenberg is actively involved in bar association and community service activities.  Ms. Greenberg is the President of the Austin Bar Association.
