Elvin W. Houston is a 2004 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.  While in law school, Mr. Houston interned at the First Court of Appeals.  He was also elected to the Law Center’s Honor Court.  Prior to attending law school, he graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Mr. Houston is a member of the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and TASB's Council of School Attorneys.  Mr. Houston works in the firm's San Antonio office. His practice emphasizes the representation of school districts in the areas of special education litigation and general school law.
