Mary Jenke is a 1993 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.  She represents clients throughout New Mexico and Texas in civil actions involving general litigation.  Ms. Jenke has defended cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, attractive nuisance involving minors, fires and explosions, products liability, construction law, insurance bad faith, toxic tort and general business tort.  In addition she provides legal support to clients in the areas of insurance coverage, contract negotiation, construction transactions, intellectual property (trademark, copyright, trade secret), and licensing and technology rights.  She is licensed to practice in United States District Court – New Mexico, the Western and Southern Districts of Texas and state courts of New Mexico and Texas.  Ms. Jenke stays actively involved in community service activities.
