Laura Christine Rodriguez is a 1998 graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law. While in law school, she was a founding member and officer of the Mexican American Law Student Association. She also served as Class of 1998 Vice President and member of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Rodriguez is a graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After law school, Ms. Rodriguez served as a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Alma L. López of the Fourth Court of Appeals. She then moved to Fort Worth where she practiced in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. In 2002, Ms. Rodriguez returned to San Antonio to serve as a staff attorney at the Fourth Court of Appeals. Ms. Rodriguez is a member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, Bexar County Women's Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Mexican American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice before the Western, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. Ms. Rodriguez is a native of San Antonio and works in the San Antonio office.
