Miguel A. Saldaña is a native of Brownsville, Texas and a product of the Brownsville Independent School District.  Mr. Saldaña graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors.  He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988.  He opened the Brownsville office for the firm.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saldaña served as a trustee and later as general counsel to Brownsville Independent School District.   Mr. Saldaña’s practice is primarily focused on school employment and personnel issues, litigation and facilities & business.
