Karla A. Schultz is a 2007 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where she was a member of the moot court team and a legal research and writing law fellow. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico. Karla received her undergraduate degree in secondary education and social sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, and a master's degree in American Studies from the University of Massachusetts - Boston . Prior to attending law school, she was the federal education policy and guidance manager at the National School Boards Association and also taught secondary school in the Albuquerque Public Schools. Karla serves as the co-editor of Time Out with Walsh Anderson and works in the firm’s Austin office where her practice emphasizes governance, employment law, and student issues.
