Sandi Pearson Tarski has practiced law since 1986.  She is a native Texan who grew up in the DFW area.  She is a graduate of the Baylor University School of Law and earned her B.A. from North Texas State University.     

She has more than eight years of experience working with Texas Public School Districts, first as Forney ISD School Board member from 2000 through 2006, and most recently, as a TEA Hearing Examiner from 2007 to 2009.  She resigned that position to join the Irving office of Walsh Anderson.

Ms. Tarski represents school districts in administrative hearings and litigation, governance, employment law, student discipline and general contracts.  She will also provide training to school district employees and Board members on legal issues.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and various other local bar associations, and also serves as a board member for her local Education Leadership Foundation, an organization that raises funds to provide scholarships for high school graduates.  In her more than twenty years of legal practice, Ms. Tarski has handled a wide variety of legal matters, with an emphasis on civil litigation.  Her experience includes family law matters, probate and estate planning and personal injury and wrongful death claims.
