Oscar G. Treviño, the managing shareholder in the firm, is a 1991 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Houston-University Park in 1985. Mr. Treviño has actively represented school districts in the area of litigation, employment law, governance and student law. He is a member of the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the National School Boards Association’s Council of School Attorneys and the Texas Association of School Boards’ Council of School Attorneys. He is the author of “Termination and Nonrenewal of Teachers for Off-Campus Activities,” published in the Texas School Administrators’ Legal Digest.
