Congratulations to our new lawyer! We are excited to announce our newest lawyer in the Austin office, Vince Harding! Vince just received news that he passed the Texas Bar Exam. Vince will be working in the areas of Facilities and Business Transactions and General Education Law.
Upcoming Audio Conferences. We just have one audio conference remaining on our schedule for the current school year. On June 27 we will present a review of the legislation passed in Texas during the 83rd legislative session that will have a direct impact on Texas public schools. Updated Student Code of Conduct coming in July. The Walsh Anderson Student Code of Conduct will be updated for the 2013-2014 school year to incorporate any changes resulting from the current legislative session. Not only will this edition of the Code of Conduct contain editorial notes and policy checklists, new for this year the Code will be offered in an interactive web based platform so that you can mark your discipline preferences and choose
alternate language with the click of a mouse button. The new web format
will also allow multiple users to review work in progress from any internet enabled computer (even as you enjoy your summer vacation on the beach).
Based on the selections you make, the program will generate a final Student
Code of Conduct that you can send directly to your printer. Revising your
