Legal Services Program
Walsh Anderson offers annual retainer agreements to school districts that provide coverage for both general education and special education law. Our retainer programs are designed so that district representatives, such as the superintendent and the special education director (or their designees), will not hesitate to seek advice from the attorneys when in doubt about a legal issue.

Retainer clients of Walsh Anderson's Legal Services Program are provided the following services:
  • Unlimited access to the firm's toll-free telephone lines for no-charge consultations with the firm's attorneys on general matters of education law and special education law
  • Reduced hourly billing rates for the firm's other services, including litigation, contract drafting, opinion letters, etc.
  • Subscriptions to our informative newsletters "Time Out With Walsh Anderson", which contains summaries and timely reminders regarding legal issues that arise during the year, and "This Just In...", the firm's monthly special education publication which addresses legal issues specific to the special needs of students with disabilities
  • Regular email updates to keep district representatives abreast of the latest developments in school law

Region 13 Program
For the 61 school districts in Region 13, Walsh Anderson offers annual retainer agreements in general education law and/or special education law. Our retainer programs are designed so that Region 13 district representatives, such as superintendents and the special education directors (or their designees), will not hesitate to seek advice from the attorneys when in doubt about a legal issue. Region 13 Program retainer clients receive all the services of our Legal Services Program plus monthly presentations at the service center.

Retainer clients of Walsh Anderson's Region 13 Program are provided all of the following services:
