New attorneys! Mary Jenke has joined our Albuquerque office. Mary is a 1993 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and has represented clients throughout New Mexico and Texas in civil actions involving general litigation. She has defended cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, attractive nuisance involving minors, fires and explosions, products liability, construction law, insurance bad faith, toxic tort and general business tort. In addition she provides legal support to clients in the areas of insurance coverage, contract negotiation, construction transactions, intellectual property (trademark, copyright, trade secret), and licensing and technology rights.
Haley Turner has joined our Austin office. Haley graduated from Baylor University School of Law in December, 2008 and became licensed in Texas in May, 2009. Haley clerked for our Irving office in the summer of 2008 and has been clerking in the Austin office since March. She will be working in our general school law section.
